Hi! I’m Teresa Guerin - a wife, mother of three, and USAF veteran rooted in New Braunfels, passionate about serving families and the local community.

• Certified Revelation Wellness® Livewell Health Coach leading Christ-centered fitness, somatic movement, and trauma-informed sessions that support emotional, spiritual, and physical renewal.

• Guides individuals and families through safe, embodied practices, biblical reflection, and tools that calm the nervous system and strengthen the whole person.

• Leads classes, workshops, and book studies through Wildflower in Motion Ministries, creating spaces for connection, healing, and wholehearted living.

• Deeply committed to blending faith, movement, and service—including outreach, community fitness events, and family-focused ministry.

• I carry a deep calling to serve veterans, women healing from domestic violence, teens in foster and group homes, and women and children from hard places—while welcoming and supporting individuals from every background. My heart is to serve with compassion and dignity, offering Christ-centered movement, hope, and embodied healing to individuals and communities navigating hard places.
