About Wildflower in Motion

Hi, I’m Teresa Guerin — a wife, mother of three, United States Air Force veteran, and Certified Revelation Wellness® LiveWell Health Coach rooted in Texas.

Wildflower in Motion Ministries began with a simple conviction: every person bears the image of God and deserves to be approached with dignity, compassion, and care.

My heart is to create Christ-centered spaces where people can move, breathe, connect, learn, and remember that healing is possible. Through movement, biblical encouragement, community gatherings, and trauma-aware support, Wildflower invites individuals and families to experience renewal in body, mind, and spirit.

Why Wildflower

Wildflowers often grow in places that appear overlooked or unlikely. They endure changing conditions, take root in hard ground, and bring beauty where it was not expected.

That image reflects the hope behind this ministry.

Wildflower in Motion exists for people and families navigating hard places — including women, children, veterans, single mothers, foster and kinship families, and rural residents who may feel unseen, unsupported, or far from the resources they need.

We believe healing often begins through simple, faithful acts: movement, prayer, encouragement, safe community, practical support, and being reminded of our God-given worth.

More Than Movement

Movement is one of the first doors into this ministry, but it is not the whole vision.

Wildflower is growing as a place of connection, education, and community support. The work begins with Christ-centered movement, embodied wellness, prayer, biblical reflection, and relationship, but the heart reaches toward broader family and community care.

I do not believe this vision is meant to be carried by one person alone. My hope is to help cultivate spaces where churches, counselors, educators, volunteers, community leaders, and trusted partners can bring their gifts together for the good of individuals and families.

Our Heart

Wildflower carries a particular heart for women and children, especially those navigating vulnerability, trauma, isolation, family instability, unsafe circumstances, or limited access to support.

At the same time, our welcome is rooted in the belief that every person bears the image of God and deserves dignity, care, safety, and belonging.

Our desire is to create spaces where people are seen before they are judged, supported before they reach crisis, and connected with trustworthy care when their needs extend beyond what one person or ministry can provide.

Where We Are Headed

As Wildflower grows, we are prayerfully developing a broader vision for rural community care, including future seminars, counseling access, safe and stable housing support, equine and outdoor experiences, and a community center in or near Hico.

Some parts of this vision are already beginning through movement, community gatherings, teaching, and relationship-building. Other parts will require qualified partners, funding, facilities, wisdom, and time.

You can learn more about the future vision on our What We’re Growing page.

A Prayer for the Work

My prayer is that Wildflower in Motion becomes a place where movement opens the door to healing, faith restores hope, and safe community helps individuals and families grow strong again.
