Joyful Motion is a Christ-centered fitness class designed to lift your energy, strengthen your body, and refresh your spirit in the middle of the day
Held every Thursday from 2:15–3:00 pm at Landa Park, this class blends upbeat dance, cardio movement, kickboxing elements, drumstick rhythm work, and gentle stretching
Created for all ages, body types, and fitness levels with simple, approachable modifications for every movement
Set to high-energy music and rooted in scripture, each session begins with a short grounding verse to focus your heart—reminding us that “the joy of the Lord is your strength” (Nehemiah 8:10)
Offers a welcoming community space where you can release stress, rebuild strength, and reconnect with God through movement
Finishes with a calming mobility series to help you step back into your day feeling steady, renewed, and full of joy
